Approval of LPG assembly

APPROVAL OF INSTALLATION METHOD NO. PL*0044/G

In December 2005, P.P.H. Bormech Sp. z o. o. received the approval issued by the Ministry of Infrastructure for the method of assembly of the installation adapting the vehicle to gas supply No. PL*0044/G. As part of this approval, partner Assembling Plants may assemble LPG tanks manufactured by P.P.H. Bormech Sp. z o. o. The condition for obtaining authorization is a positive opinion and entry on the list of the Motor Transport Institute.

ASSEMBLY PLANT ZONE

In order to obtain the entry of the assembly plant for the extension of the network of assembly plants in accordance with the approval certificate No. PL*0044*00G as amended zm submit a workshop questionnaire together with the following documents,


a- registration documents (CEIDG / KRS / REGON / NIP),

b- a photocopy of the purchase invoice for the exhaust gas analyzer with the serial number specified on the invoice (or a statement of compliance of the analyzer numbers on the invoice - type, serial number),

c- current analyzer legalization certificate,

d- photocopy of the electronic gas detector purchase invoice with the type indicated on the invoice.

e- CE declaration of conformity for an electronic gas detector

f- photos, scan of gas training of people who install the installation,

g- completed application form

After receiving the documents, you should be inspected in the workshop by the indicated employee of P.P.H.Bormech. After passing the inspection, the assembly plant will be added to the network of workshops within about 8 weeks.

For a one-time entry P.P.H. Bormech charges a fee of 500,00 PLN + VAT - for payment, a proforma invoice is issued for the details of the assembly plant - in the title of the transfer, please provide the details of the plant and  NIP.

DECLARATION ON THE CIRCULATION OF THE EXTRACT FROM THE ASSEMBLY APPROVAL CERTIFICATE

CUSTOMER ZONE

Obtaining a duplicate extract from the certificate of approval of the installation method adapting a given type of vehicle to gas supply.
(NOTE: duplicate certificate/tank passport is on a separate tab)


The applicant is obliged to:

– providing the full name of the company (or name and surname for natural persons), address with postal code, tax identification number, contact telephone number,

– provide car details – make, model, VIN number, capacity, year of manufacture.

The request should be addressed directly to:

- the plant that installed the LPG system in the car,

After checking the data and the archive, a duplicate will be issued
